How far in advance should I place my cake order?
We recommend placing orders:
- Standard cakes: At least 2 days in advance
- Custom designed cakes: 2-3 days in advance
- Wedding cakes: 6-7 days in advance
Last-minute orders may be accommodated when possible, with an additional rush fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- All major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX)
- PayPal
- Bank transfers (for large orders)
- Cash upon pickup
A 50% deposit is required to secure all custom cake orders.
Do you offer cake delivery?
Yes! We offer delivery within a 20-mile radius of our bakery:
- Standard delivery: ₹15-₹30 (based on distance)
- Premium delivery: ₹50 (includes setup at venue)
- Same-day delivery: Additional ₹20 fee
Delivery must be scheduled during our operating hours (9am-5pm).
How should I transport my cake if I pick it up?
For safe cake transportation:
- Bring a clean, flat surface (like car floor or trunk with mat)
- Keep your vehicle cool (air conditioning recommended)
- Drive carefully and avoid sudden stops
- For tiered cakes, we provide assembly instructions
We're not responsible for damage occurring after pickup.
Can you recreate a cake design I found online?
We'd love to create something inspired by your reference photos! However:
- We don't copy other baker's original designs exactly
- We'll create our own version with similar elements
- Complex designs may require a consultation (₹25 fee credited to your order)

What's your process for custom cake orders?
Our custom cake process:
- Initial consultation (in-person or virtual)
- Design proposal with sketch and quote
- 50% deposit to secure your date
- Tasting appointment (for wedding cakes)
- Final payment 7 days before pickup/delivery
- Cake creation and delivery!
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan cakes?
Yes! We have delicious alternatives:
- Gluten-free: Available for most cake flavors (+₹15)
- Vegan: Chocolate, vanilla, and carrot options (+₹20)
- Nut-free: We can accommodate but can't guarantee no cross-contamination

Our kitchen regularly handles:
